Accuform®
AccuForm® is hybrid forming process incorporating elements from
thermo forming, vacuum forming and hydro forming. The primary differentiating
feature is the elimination of sag during the heating process. By eliminating
sag registration is better and more repeatable from stroke to stroke.
Combined with Hy.tech tooling and processing know-how the AccuForm®
process produces the tightest registration tolerances available from
stroke to stroke and run to run. Don't believe us? Test it for yourself
